Mr Rapp has practiced as illustrator, designer, planner and project manager in New England, New York, the W. Indies, California and the Pacific Northwest since 1986. His collaboration with Portland, Oregon firms ZGF, TVA and Mahlum has included work on a wide variety of project types, including schools and universities, hospitals and clinics, civic and conference centers, light rail stations and corporate campuses, along with office and mixed-use high-rise residential towers.
Richard lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two daughters.
